about Jerad

CEO / Founder

Jerad graduated from Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City with a degree in Engineering Services with a CAD emphasis. Jerad spent the beginning of his career working for an Architecture firm in Florida, and then went on to build homes in OKC for 2 years.  For the majority of his career, he worked in the ICF industry both for a major brand as a Technical Director, and designing homes focused on concrete sustainability. Putting all of his focus on design for the industry, he created Wade Design Group.  

When he's not running the firm, he likes to spend personal time with family, woodworking, or fishing at the lake.

ABOUT HALEY

Designer / Revit Specialist

Haley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising with an option in Interior Design and a minor in Marketing. She is eager to share the knowledge she gained at her alma mater. Since joining the team, she has gained a wide range of experience designing traditional frame and ICF construction custom homes all over the country. Haley is passionate about designing homes that not only meet the client’s expectations but exceed them. She understands the importance of living in an environment you are proud of and wants to help her clients in fulfilling that desire.

In her free time, Haley enjoys reading, cooking, and moments outdoors, especially when spent with family. She’s married to a fellow Oklahoma State graduate and has a baby boy at home.

ABOUT EMILEE

Designer / Revit Specialist

Emilee graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. With a background in residential design, she has always enjoyed creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but also functional and thoughtfully designed around the way people live. She especially enjoys space planning and finding creative solutions that make the most of each space while keeping the overall home cohesive and inviting.

Since joining WADE Design Group, Emilee has had the opportunity to work on custom homes across the country and grow her knowledge of both traditional frame and ICF construction. She enjoys getting to know each client and learning what is important to them, allowing her to help turn their ideas and vision into a home that feels uniquely theirs. She believes the best designs are ones that are both practical for everyday life and spaces that clients are excited to call home.

Outside of work, Emilee enjoys spending time at the lake, traveling, and finding all the best coffee shops.
