Jerad W. Stout established WADE Design Group in 2010 with focus on Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) construction. Over time, the company grew to offer plans for framed homes with an emphasis on lean building. Working closely with clients to design a truly custom home is the motivation behind WADE Design Group.

about Jerad
CEO / Founder
Jerad graduated from Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City with a degree in Engineering Services with a CAD emphasis. Jerad spent the beginning of his career working for an Architecture firm in Florida, and then went on to build homes in OKC for 2 years. For the majority of his career, he worked in the ICF industry both for a major brand as a Technical Director, and designing homes focused on concrete sustainability. Putting all of his focus on design for the industry, he created Wade Design Group.
When he's not running the firm, he likes to spend personal time with family, woodworking, or fishing at the lake.
about elisabeth
Head Designer / Revit Specialist
Elisabeth has a degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising with an option in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University. Since starting with WADE Design Group, she has gained a wide range of experience designing traditional frame and ICF construction custom homes all over the country. Elisabeth loves the personal connections she is able to build with her clients and always strives to give them their dream homes.
In her free time, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and creating artwork. She’s married to a fellow Oklahoma State graduate and has a sweet dog and baby boy at home.

Designer / Revit Specialist
Kaelan graduated from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater with a degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising with an option in Interior Design. She started working for WADE Design Group as a design intern and started full-time after graduating. Since becoming part of the team, she has had the opportunity to design homes all over the country and expand her knowledge of sustainable design.
In her free time, Kaelan enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two adorable puppies at home.
ABOUT HALEY
Designer / Revit Specialist
Haley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising with an option in Interior Design and a minor in Marketing. She is eager to share the knowledge she gained at her alma mater while continuing to grow in her knowledge of ICF construction with WADE Design Group. Haley is passionate about designing homes that not only meet the client’s expectations but exceed them. She understands the importance of living in an environment you are proud of and wants to help her clients in fulfilling that desire.
In her free time, Haley enjoys reading, cooking, and moments outdoors, especially when spent with family.
